Technohaven Company Ltd. has been a leading software and IT service company in Bangladesh since 1986. A CMMI DEV/3 certified company is hiring for the role of Support Manager (Support and Help Desk). 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the technical needs of clients.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with clients.
  • Continuously measuring service satisfaction levels.
  • Managing and upholding the troubleshooting escalation process.
  • Identifying gaps in the support process and amending it accordingly.
  • Effectively managing, developing and training the support team.
  • Coordinating and managing all relevant stakeholders including support help desk, customers and other teams that are involved in support operations.


Qualifications:


  • A bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science and Engineering/ICT related subjects, preferably having a degree from a reputed university.
  • Must have a minimum 10 years of profound experience with IT projects in the field of support management.
  • Must have minimum 5 IT/ICT enabled software project support management (maintenance and support) experience which should include minimum 3 (Three) e- Government application/digital service applications for the public sector with the government organization.
  • Strong record of working with government organizations and their personal structures.



Education: A bachelor’s or master’s in Computer Science and Engineering/ICT related subjects, preferably having a degree from a reputed university.


Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)

Job-Type: On-Site.

Full time: 9AM – 6PM     

Weekly Holiday: Friday-Saturday
